A tesseract, otherwise known as a hypercube – is simply a polygon that can only exist in four spatial dimensions. In our three-dimensional space, we measure position and movement using X, Y, and Z axes. When working with 4-dimensional space, an additional point must be measured, and is typically referred to as the W axis. What tends to confuse most people is the fact that every depiction of a tesseract seen, both on the Internet and in various products is three dimensional – however this rather strange juxtaposition of cubes you see could best be defined as the shadow of the four-dimensional object cast into three dimensional space – which will always cause distortion in much the same way as your own shadow is distorted when standing near a street lamp.
For the Cosmic Roads project, the tesseract has a very unique meaning – when it is unfurled, what you get is what’s known as a net – the unfolding of a four-dimensional object into a three-dimensional shape. The most commonly recognized shape – and the one most depicted – is a variant of the cross – we at the Cosmic Roads Project call that a Hyper Cross. Because it is commonly believed that in hyperspace(four or more spatial dimensions), there is no time as we understand it, a tesseract can intersect with three-dimensional space at any or even all points in space or time – from the beginning of Creation to its end. Like the Cross, it is eternal, the same from the End to the Beginning.
Because this theoretical construct is also said to be capable of enabling one to travel anywhere, at any point in time from within a tesseract, it would give access to potentially unlimited knowledge and power – if one were to survive the trip. It is for this reason that the Lord established as one of the laws of the Cosmic Roads Superposition that any who enter the tesseract uninvited are trespassers and thieves. Only those who are in Christ or accompanying them may safely travel through it, with or without technology.
